So basically: Larry (a zucchini?) watches a soap opra featuring barbara manatee and Bill (whom I dont know if is a manatee).
bill must leave and barbara cant come becuase she doesnt speak french!!
but also there is a ball – barabra will have no-one to escort her to it!! she even bought a new dress and shoes – even manatee lipstick,she realy went all out!
but bill MUST leave. but theres hope,bara soon learns french in a matter of seconds!! bara now asks bill again,to go the the ball with her-then another shock, bill cant dance!!! barbra must leave,with bill lyng to her this whole time,she must leave
